An enemy combatant is brought to your aid station after capture by intelligence personnel.

They want to question him, however he is moaning and complaining of eye pain, and acute loss of vision. He is appears to be malingering, and your colleague performs a "punitive" exam maneuver (digital rectal exam) to call his bluff. The maneuver works, and the "patient" can clearly see; however the laughter from the surrounding medics raises questions of detainee mistreatment.
