Non-respect of intercultural differences

A female primary care physician is told she is deploying to an undisclosed location. She will be the only Air Force person at this facility.

Upon arrival she realizes she is the sole physician at an Army Detention Center.

Her patients are Arab and Muslim men thought to be involved in terrorist activities. Her job is to provide examinations for detainees prior to their interrogations.
