During a military mission abroad, you are working as a doctor and you have to cope with the limited resources in your camp. A young officer, who is on deployment for the first time, has attempted to take his own life and shot himself in the head (with his service weapon). He left a suicide note. The medical staff takes immediately care of the severely wounded young man but his injuries are very serious. You need a lot of resources and the outcome is very unclear.
